CCI 100 series conductivity meters can be used for water and water like liquids including acids and alkalis. These meters can also be used for any line size. Microprocessor based instrumentation ensures accurate readings for Conductivity, TDS and Temperature. A number of programmable features including Inline calibration are standard features. All models offer relay outputs with user programmable set points. Industry standard 4-20mA output is also available on select models. All models offer comprehensive equalizations for temperature variations. CCI 100 includes a built-in electronic temperature sensor with an accuracy of +-1 C. This temperature can be viewed on the display whenever needed. The user can also program the equalization factor which is in the following format

• CT = C25 (1 + TC (T – 25))
• CT – Actual conductivity of the liquid at measured temperature
• C25 – Conductivity at 25 C
• TC – Temperature coefficient of the liquid
• T – Temperature in Deg C

LED pH Indicators
These instruments use a special high input impedance input stage for accurate and fast pH/ORP measurement. Special electronics ensure that the input impedance is in 12 excess of 10 ohms. 

This ensures that there are minimal losses due to the high input impedance of the pH/ORP probes. Since pH is a function of temperature an RTD (PT100) temperature measurement circuitry is built-in.

Temperature compensation can be programmed to be automatic or manual. Automatic compensation can be programmed for every 5° segments. Automatic calibration is provided for fast calibration.

The user can perform a two-point calibration using the automatic calibration method. Each meter has two memorized buffer values for fast convenient and accurate calibration.
